Cleverbridge is an online reseller for companies selling software or other digital media. If you see a charge from us on your PayPal statement, it’s likely either for software you may have purchased or an existing subscription that was previously placed. The order may also have been placed by an authorized user of your PayPal account (i.e. a family member, friend or business associate).

Are you looking to receive a refund?
In many cases, a refund can easily be granted once you provide us with your request and after we have checked some basic order information such as the company you purchased from, your purchase date, and what payment method you chose. The refund of your order will deactivate your license and cannot be reversed.
If you want to request a full refund, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the refund request form and enter the following information:
- The email address that you used when you made the purchase
- Your order reference number
- The reason for your refund request
If the refund is possible, we will send you an email that will ask you to confirm that you want to proceed with your refund.
- Open the email from Cleverbridge and click Start Refund to confirm that you want to proceed with your refund.
You will receive an email that the refund is being processed.
