I placed an order. Why didn't I receive my product?

 

Upon successful payment, you should have received an email including delivery information and essential details such as a download link and activation details (like license key, activation code, serial number), enabling you to start using your purchase immediately after the successful activation.

 

Please note that in some cases the product may be delivered by the software provider and not Cleverbridge.

 

  • If you are missing a license key or activation details, the easy-to-use  Cleverbridge Purchase Lookup page can also help retrieve these details.
  • Check your spam or junk mail folders.
  • Sometimes customers insert an old email address or a typo by mistake when placing an order. If you cannot find anything using our Cleverbridge Purchase Lookup page, we can try and find your purchase using your first name, last name and purchase details.
