Can't find activation details in your order confirmation email?

- Check to see if your product is delivered by the software provider (their delivery is also sent by email and might also be caught by your junk or spam mail filtering). For any questions, you will need to contact them directly: this information is noted in your confirmation details.
- Review the email closely. For subscription renewals, the activation details may be in the first email sent when the subscription started. A link to review those original subscription details will be included in your latest renewal confirmation.

- Please note that a delivery is only possible if we have received your payment. Delivery speed can vary based on the payment method. Instant options like credit/debit card transactions typically result in quicker delivery.
- For payments made via offline options (e.g., wire transfer, ACH, check), product delivery occurs once the payment is officially processed.
- If PayPal was your chosen payment method, your order might be delayed because the transaction was initiated but not completed. At the time of your order, you should have been redirected to the PayPal website where you needed to authorize your payment. If you did not do so, you can also click on the 'Pay now by PayPal' link in order to authorize your payment in your confirmation email.
