Information on processing times for wire transfer payments:

It usually takes 2-4 business days for wire transfer payments from European countries to reach our account. Outside of Europe it can take 5-10 business days.

As soon as we receive your payment, you’ll get an email with your invoice and order information.  There’s no need to confirm with us when you’ve completed the transfer.

If it’s been longer than the times listed above and you still haven’t received your confirmation email, please remember to check your spam or junk email folders, or try our easy-to-use purchase lookup page.

 

Important note for customers located within Europe:

From October 2025, new regulations (“Verification of Payee”) will come into force, requiring banks to compare the details of the payee (name and IBAN) for SEPA bank transfers with the data stored at the recipient bank (IBAN and name check).

To ensure that your payment is processed securely and without delay or further inquiry, please enter the recipient's name exactly as it appears on our invoice/ order confirmation:

How to avoid problems:

• Even small discrepancies (e.g., additional words, typos, or abbreviations) can cause your bank to display a warning message.
• If you receive a warning message, please check the information on the documents that we have provided and adjust the name accordingly.
