Cleverbridge is an online reseller for companies selling software or other digital products. If you notice a charge from Cleverbridge on your credit card, debit card, bank statement, or PayPal account, it’s most likely for a new software purchase or the renewal of an existing subscription. The order may also have been placed by someone authorized to use your payment method — a family member or another authorized user.
For every charge, we send a confirmation email that contains all of your order details.
How can I locate a copy of the confirmation email?
If you didn’t receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also look up your order using our Purchase Lookup page.

What should I do if I am still having trouble identifying the charge?
If the charge shows Cleverbridge, it is very likely that there is an order associated with the payment method that was used. Sometimes the email address on file is no longer active or contains a typo, so we may need a few details to locate the charge:
- The exact amount that you see on your statement/payment notification, including the currency for your location
- The date of the charge
- The last 4 digits of the card that was charged or the PayPal Invoice ID or transaction ID if this is a charge showing in your PayPal account
- Any alternative email addresses that you might have used
- The names of anyone else who has permission to use your payment details
-
B2B customers only: the name and email domain of your company
Important to note: Even a screenshot of your statement could help us to locate this charge for you. Please remember to obscure any sensitive information.
