Cleverbridge GmbH, registered in Germany, is the seller of the product and as such obliged to request payment of VAT from all customers based in the EU.
If you are a business customer in the EU (excluding Germany), you can enter a valid VAT Identification Number (VAT ID) during checkout to have VAT automatically removed.

China

If you are a business customer, you can get a VAT refund for your purchase by providing us with:

• Your VAT Certificate
• A CIT WHT Certificate (Corporate Income Tax Withholding Certificate) issued to the name of Cleverbridge GmbH

Colombia

In case you are a business customer, you can get a VAT refund for your purchase by providing:

• Your VAT number (NIT)
• Current service tax registration form with the expiration date included ("Formulario del Registro Único Tributario")

India

In case you are a business customer, you can get the GST amount refunded from your purchase if you provide us with your valid GST number.

South Africa

If you are a business customer, we are not allowed to refund the VAT amount, but you can get your VAT refund when you file your taxes in South Africa.
However, we can add your VAT ID to your invoice.

South Korea

In case you are a business customer, you can get a VAT refund for your purchase by providing:

• Your business registration number
• A valid Business Registration Certificate or Certificate for Business Registration
• If possible, the certificate should also show your company name in the Latin alphabet, as this helps us identify your company more easily.

Turkey

In case you are a business customer, you can get a VAT refund for your purchase in case you provide us with the following information:

• your valid VAT number
• certificate of residence or a current service tax registration form in English

In case you are a business customer, you can get a VAT refund for your purchase in case you provide us with the VAT registration of your company.

United Kingdom

If you are a customer placing an order on behalf of a company in the UK, you can enter your company's VAT ID in the shopping cart, as in the screenshot below:

If you have already placed the order and would like to receive a VAT refund, or if your VAT ID is not accepted in the shopping cart, please contact Cleverbridge Customer Support with your valid VAT ID.
