You can confirm the bank details and legitimacy of this email, by entering your email address using our Purchase Lookup page. You will receive a list with all orders placed through Cleverbridge and a link to each order with the instructions for payment.

How and where can I obtain your updated vendor form and Bank Confirmation Letter in order to update my records?
You can certainly request and verify these documents by contacting our Payment Processing Team via our Help Center. We ask for your understanding, however, that it is our policy not to fill out individual vendor forms.
What will happen to my payment if I have sent it to the old bank account?
Your payment will be automatically returned to the account from which it was issued. It is important to note that international wire transfer payments within Europe (including those initiated through Online Banking) generally take 2-4 business days and outside of Europe 5-10 business days until they are credited to the recipient’s account.
