If you have placed an order with Cleverbridge and have received an email with a notification informing you of the update to Cleverbridge's banking information, we can confirm that this information is correct. You can also confirm the bank details and legitimacy of this email, by entering your email address using our Purchase Lookup page. You will receive a list with all orders placed through Cleverbridge and a link to each order with the instructions for payment.

There is no need to worry if you've sent your payment to the old bank account. For a few months following this change, payments will be automatically forwarded to the correct account. However, we strongly encourage you to update your information as soon as possible using the correct bank details to avoid unnecessary delays.
