What is this charge from Cleverbridge on my credit/debit card?

Cleverbridge is an online reseller for companies selling software or other digital media. If you notice Cleverbridge on your statement, it’s likely either for a new software purchase or a renewal of an existing subscription made by either yourself or someone authorized to use your card (like a family member or another authorized user).

For any charge that shows Cleverbridge’s details, we send a confirmation email that contains all of your order information. If you didn’t receive that email, please check your spam or junk mail folder because sometimes email providers identify these messages to be placed in there by mistake. To help you immediately search for any order details, you can also try our easy-to-use  Purchase Lookup page. There, you can search by providing an email address or you can try multiple, if it does not come up under the first one you check.

What should I do if I am still having trouble identifying the charge?
