Cancelling your subscription is easy! If you would like to cancel an active subscription, simply follow these steps:

 

1. Go to the subscription cancellation request form and enter the following information:
   • The email address you used when you made the purchase
   • Your order reference number
   • The reason for your cancellation request

 

We will send you an email asking you to confirm that you want to proceed with the cancellation.

 

2. Open the email from Cleverbridge and click Complete Cancellation.

 

Upon receipt, we'll process your cancellation and send you a confirmation email for your records. 
 

Note:

• Canceling a subscription stops all future billing renewals but does not result in a refund of your order.
