Refund eligibility depends on the product you purchased, your purchase date, and the payment method you chose. The refund of your order will deactivate your license and cannot be reversed.
If you want to request a full refund, simply follow these steps:

Go to the refund request form and enter the following information:
- The email address that you used when you made the purchase
- Your order reference number
- The reason for your refund request
If the refund is possible, we will send you an email that will ask you to confirm that you want to proceed with your refund.
- Open the email from Cleverbridge and click Start Refund to confirm that you want to proceed with your refund.
You will receive an email that the refund is being processed.
Are you looking for a partial refund?
If you would like to request a partial refund, please contact our Customer Service Team. Provide us with as much information as possible to support your request, such as a coupon code or screenshot. We will then check your eligibility with the software publisher.
