Once you’ve filled out the necessary fields, you can proceed to click the link labeled ‘Are you a sales tax-exempt organization?’, which leads to the next window seen below, that lets you access our Tax Exemption Application.

After clicking this link, you’ll be able access our secure tax exemption application portal, which lets you enter your data and upload your tax-exempt certificate. Prior to that you will encounter a brief disclaimer which will look as follows:

From here you can enter your data as seen on the forms below:

The fields labeled ‘optional’ of course do not have to be filled in, while all the other entries are mandatory. Once this first portion is filled out to completion you can click ‘Next Step’. 

If your tax-exempt certificate does not come with its own issue and expiration date, then simply enter your certificate’s signature date as the issue date on the required field above.
