Please bear in mind that for Cleverbridge orders in general, our new directions for payment are always provided to you via the confirmation page right after placing your order, as well as in our confirmation and invoice emails which are also sent out in the order process. For subscriptions, our renewal reminders including our updated bank details are also sent to the entered billing email address. These outgoing order confirmation and invoice emails have started listing our new bank details since January 2021, so any payments issued after that point should have already been directed to HSBC, as our old bank details are no longer being sent out in our payment instructions as of January 2021.
