I am an Australian customer who places the order in the name of an Australian company: So, why do I have to pay GST?

Since July 1st 2017, electronic services to Australian consumers have been subject to an Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 10 %.

As an e-commerce provider we have a simplified GST registration and therefore, we have no ABN but an ARN. Our ARN is as follows: 300009030262.

In case you are a customer placing an order on behalf of a company, the reverse charge mechanism can be applied.

In this case you need to add your ABN number during the order process so that no GST will be applied.

Should you miss to add your ABN number to the order, please contact us on and provide us with your valid ABN number.
