Changing your Avira payment details is easy!
There are two ways you can change your payment details.
If you’d like to change your payment details for any future or upcoming renewals, you can do it directly on your Avira account.
In your account, click on the drop-down icon next to your name on the upper right hand of the screen. This will allow you to go into the “My Account” section.
Under “My Avira Account”, you should see a “Billing” option. Click on that to update your payment details.
Of course, you can also contact the cleverbridge Customer Support Team at any time and we’ll provide you with a secure link you can use to submit your payment details.
If your Avira renewal already took place and your old payment information was declined, you can also update your payment details through the email we sent you to inform you of the decline. Please remember to always check your spam or junk folder to see if our emails were filtered there.
