I just purchased Nitro Productivity Suite and want to request a refund. Who do I contact?

If you recently purchased Nitro Productivity Suite and wish to request a refund, please contact Nitro directly via their website.  They would be happy to assist you with your request.  While Cleverbridge is a partner of Nitro, we do not currently process their refunds. 

One important step to take before you contact them, is to deactivate your license.  They cannot process your refund unless you do so.  However, Nitro offers an excellent knowledge base article that explains exactly what steps you should take.
