I paid via PayPal and did not receive my license. What do I do?

After submitting the order online, you were automatically redirected to the PayPal website to authorize your payment. In addition, you should have received an order confirmation email that contains a link to pay by PayPal. Payments submitted via either one of these options will be applied to your order automatically and immediately.

Upon payment verification, you are sent an email with your receipt and license information. If the above-mentioned timeframes have been exceeded and you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam and junk mail folders or use our purchase lookup page to locate your order information.

If you have paid, but have not used one of the above-mentioned PayPal payment options, please cancel the payment you have attempted and instead pay through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Please note that for technical reasons, we have to receive your PayPal payment through the link provided after your purchase, or else we cannot apply your payment to your order.
