If you purchased and registered your copy of Parallels Desktop 19 for Mac between September 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024, you will receive an upgrade key in your Parallels My Account for a free upgrade to Parallels Desktop 20 for Mac.  You will also receive an upgrade notification email from Parallels.
