I need my previous license information to install the Parallels upgrade I purchased. How can I find it?

If you bought your previous license via Cleverbridge from Parallels Online Store, then we sent you an email containing all of your order information.  If you can’t find or didn’t receive this email, head to our easy-to-use Purchase Lookup page to have it re-sent to you.
