How can I receive a refund for my Avira order?

Requesting a refund is easy.  Avira offers a 30-day money back guarantee for the majority of their products. Please note, however, that if you’d like to request a refund for an initial purchase of a monthly subscription, the refund guarantee is 14 days after purchase.

If you’d like to receive a refund of a new order or a subscription renewal, all you have to do is contact Avira's Customer Support.
