I've already renewed my Malwarebytes subscription. Why am I getting another notification to pay?

If you have received more than one renewal notice for your Malwarebytes product, you likely purchased two of their different programs.

In the past, Malwarebytes offered two different consumer products, Anti-Malware Premium and Anti-Exploit Premium. It used to be necessary to own a license for each to receive all of the offered benefits.

These two products have since been merged into their new product titled Malwarebytes Premium.

Please keep the following things in mind:

  • Anti-Malware or Anti-Exploit licenses can now be used to activate Malwarebytes Premium
  • The pricing of that was agreed upon during the initial sale will still be honored
