How do I retrieve my Avira order information?

You can easily retrieve all the information regarding your Avira orders and subscriptions by logging in to your Avira Connect account. Your Avira account is a convenient way for you to manage all your licenses, payments and subscriptions in a single platform. You can login by entering the email address you used during the checkout process, as well as its respective password, in the following site:

https://my.avira.com/en/auth/login

In case you’ve forgotten your password, you can request that a new one be sent to your email address by clicking on the “Forgot your Password?” option on that same page.

Please note that if the automatic renewal option of your subscription is active, no new license key will be delivered. Instead, the validity of the original key you purchased will be extended accordingly.
